for those who have stress/ specially found in ladies/ strats crying without reason

1/2 cup white pumpkin juice
take twice a day
u can add chat masala for taste

another recipe is:
1 sp brahmi
1 sp ashwa gandha
1 sp jesthu madhu
mix in 1/2 glass of water and take it twice a day.

if u feel not clear/feel incomplete…add 1//4 spoon of piper longam powder


on the temples aplly ghee with your three fingers in circular motion.

on the naval apply warm teel oil

at the center of the place in between the nose and upper lips…press 6*6 times
