chronic problem ms…body was stiff…low immunity…could not move…stomach bloated after food and so difficult to breathe
 
ginger powder 1/4
hing 2 to 3 pinch
garlic 1 clove
aajwain powder
gur (jaggery) 1 tsp
ghee 1tsp
make balls and eat 3 times a day…once in empty stomach, once after food (lunch)..and once at bedtime
lot of moong and vegetables
 
lots of onion, garlic and ginger, basil leaves helps in ms
tulsi 10 leaves twive a day…once in early morning and once in the eve.
