infertility, what to eat and what not to by dr. p. naram

a person had zero sperm count, no motility.

so we asked him to follow the following:

no fermented food, no deep fried, no sour food and hot food.


take urad dal (split black gram)  everyday in good quantity.

take moong, khichri, lots of green vegetables.

no cheese please.

everyday morning take 6 dates,6 pistachio, 6 almonds in 3 to 4 spoons of ghee help to increase sperm counts and improves the quality of sperms.
